Update on 6th International Conference WAC-CREP

The 6th International Conference organised by the West African Consortium for Clinical Research on Epidemic Pathogens (WAC-CREP) was recently held virtually on May 27th–28th after being rescheduled.
During the second day of the conference, Dr. Kadiatou Koita, a PhD student of the INTEGRATION project, presented her abstract entitled:
👉 “Effectiveness of antenatal care delivery of intermittent preventive treatment of malaria in pregnancy with sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine in the context of a trial of integrated ANC and community delivery in Mali and Burkina Faso.”
On the same day, during the plenary session dedicated to “Health Systems Research Across Borders in West Africa”, Prof. Kassoum Kayentao, the coordinator of INTEGRATION project, delivered a plenary speech:
🩺 “The Added Value of Proactive Community Health Worker Visits as Part of a Comprehensive Primary Care Package in Mali.”
